Pulled muscle or something else?

26 weeks pregnant and feel like I’ve broken a rib, hurts to breathe or move! Also hurts in groin to stand or walk but the back pain is severe. I had spd last time and this feels different and more sudden and intense like a trapped nerve. Should I see someone or will it do no good? Is this normal? Any tips? I’m literally in the worst pain ever!

Of course you should see someone . You are in the worst pain ever, it is difficult to breath, stand, walk, so book your GP or call your midwife.
A check is in order . Is the pain constant or coming and going?

I had been getting pains in my chest when I breathed in for a couple of mornings. Midwife said to me if it happens again to get checked out at a and e as pregnany women are more prone to clots. Get checked out

Thanks guys, I will get checked out. It comes and goes but I can feel it all the time. Hurts more if I move my body, like I’ve pulled a muscle badly or trapped a nerve

Better be safe than sorry.
I lost my first son at 22 weeks. I was in pain and went three times to the hospital. The first time, this young consultant put a very serious face and told me she knew exactly what U had : " first child syndrome" and she sent me away. The second time, another doctor sending me away again with a prescription for magnesium, the third time , I gave birth.

My pain was labour. Had I been taken seriously the first time, a lot of things could have been done. Nobody put a monitor on my belly.

So, don't underestimate pain. I am not saying this is your case. What I am saying is any pain should be checked. Better safe than sorry.

Oh my goodness king I’m so sorry to hear this!!! I went to see gp and she said she thinks it’s just a pulled muscle and stretching. She said go back on Monday if still hurting but it’s been two days now and is starting to feel a little better, thank you for commenting and sorry for your loss

I am glad you are feeling better. I didn't want to alarm you, but when you said pain was coming and going even if always there, it worried me.
Take care
