Accuracy of Clear Blue Digital

I'm having a nightmare trying to work out how far gone I am. I have no idea when I had my last period. I know that I had some bleeding within the first 2 weeks of October, but don't know whether that was the end of my period or the start.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but I had an extremely stressful few months in September and October and my period was the last thing on my mind.

I've just done a Clear Blue Digital test and it's saying I'm 2-3 weeks which if I've understood that correctly means I'm between 5-6 weeks pregnant. Is that correct and if so how accurate are these tests at determining weeks. It's of major concern to me because if my due date is any later in July then my son will be on a two week holiday abroad with his father and I'm not sure he will cope with missing his sibling. There will be no way his dad will move the dates.

Hello @AKP79

IME they are accurate but I would say it means 4-5weeks rather than 5-6. Mine was exactly spot on. On 30th November last year I got a 3+ and my due date was put at 29th July. HTH

Thank you. I'm wondering if I should just sort my booking in appointment asap and see if I can get a dating scan. I've had two consecutive MMC's so they may be happy to arrange this.

Yes you can try giving it a go. In my area midwife doesn’t book until 10 weeks as I didn’t have mine until after Christmas. I had an early scan on 6th jan I think which I paid privately for. Hope you get something sorted and come back with an up date 💐
