Going to hospital, I’m scared

I’m 26+1 and have been getting terrible back pain and cramping so they want me to go up to the hospital. I’m really scared in case they say I’m in labour, no idea what will happen Sad

We can get all sorts of aches and pains during pregnancy. Try to stay calm, you’re doing the right thing by getting checked out. Good luck Flowers

Hoping that’s all it is. It’s worrying me most because it’s on and off.

Could it be constipation?

No, I’ve had no problems in that area! Baby’s heartbeat is good, got to wait to see the doctor, not sure what they’ll do

I had this with all mine, I have an irritable uterus, could it be that?

The doctors says it’s likely just pregnancy pains which made me feel a bit daft but at least I know what it is. Regular paracetamol and take it easy.
On the plus side, we’ve had a practice run to the hospital and I know the beds are comfy! (Plus en suit private room, bonus)
