It wouldn't even cross my mind to worry about that.

In the nicest possible way are you ok generally? you sound quite anxious about this pregnancy.

I’d be amazed if it was harmful.

If I remember rightly you posted a few weeks ago about your cat jumping on you too? (Your user name reminds me of a friend so it sticks out for me!)

Have you discussed your anxiety with your midwife? It must be draining being so anxious about just living your life and you still have half of your pregnancy to go. Flowers

Another obsessively anxious pregnant lady here, currently 34 weeks and experiencing quite frequent panic attacks over just about everything which are getting worse the closer it comes to the baby being here.

Have a word with your midwife, she'll have dealt with hundreds of anxious pregnant women and it can really help to put your mind at ease. I honestly wish I had done sooner, this is exhausting.

Can you try to think of all the millions of babies that are born healthy despite being subjected to the normal germs and chemicals of life that must enter our bloodstreams daily? Unborn babies are very tough! Anxiety and stress is much more likely to affect your pregnancy and baby in a harmful way, ironically, so try to relax and go with the flow
