Do you get more working tax with 3rd child ?

no it's capped now at two children unless special circumstances.

Oh I thought that was child tax that was capped at 2 children. So is it just child benefit I will get ?

WTC maximum amounts here. There isn't a child element in WTC. There is a childcare element but it's the same for 2 or more children.
