First two weeks of pregnancy - symptoms

Hey all

Can anyone describe what their first two weeks of pregnancy felt like? It doesn't feel like what I expected (lord knows why I had expectations!) - I have quite sporadic very localised sensations on the right hand side of pubic area as well as sporadic light pain in my belly button (both, particularly after I've had a long walk). Does this sound familiar to anyone or should I worry? Thanks very much! :)

I just got by BFP yesterday so very early days for me. I had very vivid dreams twos weeks ago (so must have been literally just after conception) then Beginning of this week my boobs got rather sore to touch and when I moved around in the morning without a bra on. Had bad heart burn last week also.

But I think everyone is different

And just to say I wouldn’t worry. Best to try and chill at this time I think.

I felt twinging for a couple of hours in the morning on the day before my BFP.

Thanks for sharing your experiences ladies. I think I might have mid communicated - I'm talking the first 2 weeks after the two week wait. I actually did the NHS pregnancy predictor and it seemed to suggest I should be describing myself as four or five weeks pregnant. Weird how they count from the start of your last period!

Oh :) I’m 4w3d today and had some pinging in the uterus last night - same where the twinging was a week ago so I know where the embryo is Wink
I can’t help with other symptoms as it’s an IVF pregnancy so I take lots of extra hormones daily - cramps and sore boobs could be down to those.

@JoJoSM2 congratulations :) (same to you @Vonni1!) I have a feeling I was enquiring about IVF clinics on the other message board and you might have answered me then too.... we've both fallen preggers at the same time :) A large area under my belly button has now become really sensitive, like something's slightly catching a nerve. I guess it's time to get used to the changes (loo visits 8 times a night is also a new one!). Good luck with your pregnancies ladies. Hope you enjoy it all x

Tail bone discomfort/pain, sore boobs...I think that was it. With my two sons I had zero symptoms that early on as far as I recall

Oh and I'm just under 10 weeks (I think 9+5? Can't even remember now!) and my belly button hurts! It also hurt a few weeks back . Absolutely no idea what it is

I'm only 7 weeks but when we first found out I was 4 -5 weeks. I had all those twinges and pulling and a sensitive lower tummy and was really concerned as I previously had an early miscarriage but it's all normal apparently as it is still implanting and getting to where it needs to be even after you have your BFP so don't worry. Mine was worse after I'd walked too.

Congrats ;) I’ve been running to the loo a lot to but put it down to stress... It all sounds very interesting with the belly buttons and the area below!

I got my BFP this morning and afternoon, I am 11dpo I have been having pulling / stitch like sensations in the right hand side of my lower tummy, I've been having very very vivid dreams, which I had throughout my previous pregnancy with my DD. Mood has been a bit off but that is similar to PMS for me.
