Hi everybody.
I have just been to my first midwife booking appointment - very exciting! But this is my first pregnancy where I'm overweight and I've been told I need to take an extra 5mg of folic acid - that's TEN normal folic acids! Is this normal? I've also been told that at my 12wk scan I'll be told to start taking a daily dose of aspirin- is this safe? I'm very worried about how it could effect my baby?! I'm in such a panic about it.
I need to be checked for diabetes and such also but I figured this would be the case
