Do I need a crib bumper

As above really, we have a wooden rocking crib from John Lewis for when the baby is in our room for the first 6 months, I'm wondering if I need a bumper or whether these are considered unsafe if the baby rolled and restricted their breathing?

Look into airwrap breathable bumpers, to keep arms and legs in the cot

Agree with others no cot bumper. Also, please return the babymoov thing. They are totally unnecessary and potentially dangerous.

Yeah I can't understand why the shops have suddenly withdrawn all these baby positioners when they still sell cot bumpers though the risks have been known for years.

We got the airwrap ones and used on the crib and cot. It stopped limbs getting stuck through the bars, and losing loads of dummies down the back. I’d use it again for another child
