Hi, was wondering if anyone else is a young mum to be?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant with a little boy and I'm 19.

Anyone else?

Congratulations! :) in myself I've coped really well. Now I'm getting closer to my due date I'm starting to get quite nervous thinking about labour. Family on the other hand weren't so quick to accept and be happy for me! How are you finding it so far?

I'm not but I was I was 18 when I got pregnant with my 1st DD and 20 With my 2nd DD. It's not all bad being a young mum, I am now 26 and my dd's are 7 and 5 and I am working. Congratulations and good luck with the labour and birth Smile

Thank you! Congratulations to you too firsttimemummy!
My family weren't too accepting either, they are starting to come around slowly though which I'm quite glad about.
Oh I bet your so nervous about the labour! I'm nearly half way through my pregnancy and my nerves go insane when I start to think about it! Can't imagine what it's like for you to be so close! Best of wishes and my hopes for a healthy and fast delivery for you and your bundle of joy.
My pregnancy is going well so far, my sickness is easing up, hopefully it will pass completely soon. The only thing I've struggled with is the fact that I go through periods of feeling so happy and excited to meet and look after my little girl which are then followed by periods of feeling lost and unsure of what I'm doing and if I'll be able to be a good mother. I'm sure this is very common though.
Musictomyears how did you find having a baby at 18? Any words of wisdom or advice you can pass down?

Hey inspired, congratulations :) I bet you can't wait to meet your bundle of joy! I'm 33+5, due on the 9th September. But unsure if I'm being booked for c-section. Was exactly the same for me, boyfriends family were made up. How are you feeling coming to the end of the pregnancy, any signs of labour yet?
