I have been on citalopram for any years and took it throughout my first pregnancy. I really want to come off it and have been looking into a natural alternative and came across 5-HTP.
Obviously, like most things, it says not suitable for pregnant women but I have been reading that many women take these through pregnancy as an alternative to prescribed medication for the same reason as I am looking into it.
Does anyone have any experiences of it?
