I've read on here before about washing everything beforehand for baby i.e. clothes because of chemicals used during the manufacturing process.
Little bit sad as I love the feel of new stuff and I'd never pre-wash anything for myself or DH. In fact I love that plastic smell of new bedding lol.
But happy to do anything for the LO before he/she makes as appearence if it's what is recommended.
I assume the same thing applies to bedding - but what about everything else?
Muslins? Bibs? Cuddly toys? Etc.
Where do you draw the line?? I was thinking just stuff with immediate, prolonged skin contact but then what about toys - don't babies like to suck/lick things?
Pretty sure I'm completely overthinking this!! On the other hand it's a lovely weekend for drying stuff
