Positive then negative test?

Hello. I wonder if any of you ladies can help me? I took a Sainsbury's test yesterday morning first thing and got a faint blue line (picture below changed to black and white so you can see the line better). I then took a clear blue digital this morning and it showed not pregnant. Is it possible to have had a positive yesterday and a negative this morning? I heard that digital tests can be less sensitive. Period due anytime within next 3 days. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

My understanding is that you are more likely to have had a false negative with a clear blue digital than a false positive with a non-digital test. The clear blue digital tests don't seem to be that sensitive. I took a clear blue digital test last Sunday and it was negative but on the same day I had a faint line on a non-digital test. I took a clear blue digital again on Wednesday and it came up positive. Maybe leave it a day or so and if you still don't get your period, try the clear blue digital test again?

Yes that was my understanding too, and thank you very much for your reply. It's just so confusing when one test says one thing and another says something different. I will wait another couple of days and test again. Thanks again and congratulations to you.
