Worried about pain

Hi all,

I have a DDbut don't remember this pain with her. Last year I had a ectopic pregnancy so I think I may just be worried about that. I found out I was pregnant a few days ago and the test was a really strong positive but I tested a couple of days early on a on the day test (I wonder if it's twins )'. Anyway I have a early scan next Thursday but I am getting worried as I'm having some cramp like lower back pain and pain by the ovary area. No bleeding though. Anyway just looking for my reassurance if these pains are normal :)

Thanks all

I think that's completely normal. I've had that with both pregnancies and been told the ovary that you ovulated from can sometimes hurt and it's normally just things stretching and moving around. You could call the EPU for an early scan if you're worried?

You could have a corpus luteum cyst? This would be around the ovary area as that's where the empty follicle will be. If you are worried though definitely give epu a ring
