Cholostasis levels?

Hi all just need a few questions answering as I'm totally clueless and so seems my doctor!!
I'm 26+2 with my second pregnancy, last pregnancy I was diagnosed with Cholostasis and was induced at 37 weeks, didn't know my levels at all.
Today I had to go for a checkup because my iron levels are at a 94, and my bile acids are at a 14, the doctor didn't seem concerned about these levels at all but has asked me to come back in a weeks to e for a repeat blood test. She did say that with the looks of my levels already at 26 weeks it does look like I'm going down the same route again with the Cholostasis. I just don't understand why she hasn't started me on medication already knowing they are going to go up and I will have it.

I have read on the internet anything below a 9 is considered normal. Although it's rare for it to start before 28 weeks I am 26 and mine are already at a 14 which apparently is classes as cholostasis.

Does anyone have any info on the levels classed as normal and what my levels are classed as? Thankyou

Sorry not an expert but I was suspected of having it in my last pregnancy so I was reading up about it this time round. There's a reference table for all the levels if you scroll down that page.
