This is going to sound so silly but my cravings are out of control! I'm craving the worst and most unhealthy foods and I'm worried I'm not doing the best for my baby by eating them. All I can think about is McDonald's.. Chinese.. infact anything I haven't cooked or is fried or covered in salt! May I add anything I cook to eat turns my stomach - unless it's a cheese sandwich with crisps!! But this is still so bad!! How do I stop craving such bad stuff! I feel like I'm going crazy!! confused

Same cravings over here! Mine has been curry and salt and pepper chicken wings...all the way through! I've gone off everything I normally cook, bolegnese or pasta bake for example. Cooking a roast kills my back, unless I can answer the door for it or just open a packet I've not been interested. Xx

It's so bad I've always had a healthy diet not intentionally but I love salad and fresh bits etc and was like that with my 1 DD pregnancy but this one has got me eating all sorts of junk food! Even a roast I've opted for a Toby Carvery once a week !! I'm going to put on so much weight and probably end up with a ginormous baby! shock x

I survived on McDonald's chicken nuggets with my ds. It was literally the only thing that would stay down. He was absolutely fine! I'm now 6+5 and craving salty carbs - going exactly the same way!

I was exactly the same til I got to about 16 weeks then it eased off and I went back to eating normal foods! I craved some junk food I don't even eat normally, and pot noodles which I haven't had since I was at college!!

I am 16 weeks and it's getting worse! I'll be at work and I'll be convinced I can smell McDonald's and even taste it! I'm still totally off normal foods which worries me as the rate I'm going I will gain an unhealthy ammount of weight (im no health freak.. very happy size 12) I had maccy ds for lunch and can't shift the craving! The thought of cooking fish is making me feel really sad sad x

I was a very picky eater to begin with before becoming pregnant, I'm now 31+4 and still living off crap! Baby is healthy and a good size and I haven't gained much weight, just the average really. I still take my prenatals though just because I know baby probably isn't getting enough from all the fast food and such I'm eating smile

McDonald's chicken nugget meal was the only thing that stayed down for weeks! I have hyperemesis and it was such a treat not to vomit food. It didn't last long so just be sensible and only indulge a couple of times a week. You'll be fine

I have stopped taking my vitamins I should probably start again! I do try but when you work on a high street with every fast food you could dream of .. street food markets and burger vans resisting the temptation is so hard!! But yeah I'm with all of the nugget eaters here it is literally one of the only things that keeps me going!! X
