Hi ladies,

Thought I would share a couple of things with you that I have recently discovered.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and a full time mobile beauty therapist. As someone who is passionate about my skin and wellbeing, I think I was slightly naive to expect to look fine when pregnant.

I have actually experienced quite the opposite. I have broken out a lot more than usual, constantly look tired and have put weight on all over. So have not been feeling great about myself! (even though I am so excited to be a Mummy and look forward to growing a bump of my own).

Over the past couple of weeks I have been trialling out a couple of products that were recommended to me by a friend in the industry. So thought I would share with you all, some of you may use/know them already and some may be completely unaware like myself!

  1. Peppermint tea. Great if you are suffering with indigestion/heartburn and feeling bloated.

  1. Coconut oil. I've been using it on my nails and using as a hair mask, hair has never been shinier!

  1. Indian healing clay mask (Amazon). Apparently lots of famous faces use this when they break out. The best mask for drying out any spots, you just mix it with water to form a paste and leave on for 10-15 mins.

  1. No 7 beautiful skin mask. I absolutely LOVE this. It gives your skin an instant glow. I've been applying it and sleeping in it then removing in the shower in the morning. So many clients and friends have said how I am 'glowing', and I think it's definitely down to this product.

  1. This works deep sleep pillow spray. If, like me you haven't been sleeping as well whilst pregnant I highly recommend this spray!

Not sure if anyone will like these little tips, but thought I would share with others in case you wanted a pick me up.

:)

This is so great, thank you! I'm 15+2 and I've always had lovely skin and nails and ever since becoming pregnant my skin, particularly on my face, has been so dry and I've had weird red patchy spots on my chin! Sad I'll give some of these a go, thanks!
