Endometriosis sufferer confused about symptoms, whether pregnant or not

I am currently having a lot of pregnancy symptoms the first i noticed was very sore and darkened nipples/breasts, cramping, dizziness, vivid dreams, sleeplessness and fatigue, amongst many others the worst has to be feeling nauseous from the minute i wake to the minute i fall asleep. I have tested and got negative but I wonder if I am testing too early.
I do have endometriosis so i wonder whether that effects test results? I am not sure.

it is difficult to work out from my cycle as my last period started 1st Jan 2017 then I had what seemed to be a one day bleed/less than a day even (brown only) on 28th Jan 2017 so not sure whether that would be implantation bleeding or period. i usually get quite heavy periods and most certainly red/deep red.

I know i should probably approach my GP but the problem is they make you feel like you are wasting their time, even asking for an appointment the receptionist sighs before you even tell her why you need one.

Endometriosis wouldn't affect HCG which is what a pregnancy test detects.

What Dr will probably say is test again, with first morning urine, and again in a couple of days.

Thanks. i wasn't sure as i know that the hormones are all over place with Endometriosis.
