Pregnancy

Not the most worrying pregnancy thing but.... I've got DANDRUFF!

Never had it before, don't know if it is pg related or not. About to go and give H and S a go (oh the shame!). I am talking bad dandruff too, like flakes on shoulders situation. Which is enough to make my MS even worse. Which in turn makes me want to eat to keep MS at bay. Which is then going to mean I put more weight on, which will then mean more stretch marks...

Hang on, I'm not being a drama queen am I?

Has anyone else had this?

I'm suffering with bad dandruff too ... tried head and shoulders and hasn't made any difference what so ever. This is my first pregnancy and haven't read anything about dandruff being a symtom of pregnancy anywhere, but I've never had it before ... really embarassing , but don't know what to do about it. Quite relieved that I'm not the only one with this!!!

I've got it too, Although I haven't read about it as a symtom I'm sure it is as I didn't suffer before. Night sweats makes my hair more greasy in the week too, its all linked!
Have you tried Head and shoulders conditioner with the shampoo? works for me 80% of the time

Is the rest of your skin dry? It could be that you are a little bit dehydrated. Drink loads of water and apply a moisturising conditioning treatment to your scalp like coconut oil or:

The rest of my skin is fine, bar my battered nurses hands. I'll try the h & s and bear your product in mind if not, thanks wcl! glad i am not alone...
