We are planning on announcing our pregnancy news to in laws tomorrow. Am nervous as we had a loss at 13 weeks in July.

I'm 15 weeks and starting to show.

Who else is planning to tell at Christmas?

We are, although it took a long time to reach that decision! It's our first, and I'm only 6 weeks. Under any other circumstances we would never tell until a scan, but let's just say I never turn a drink down at Xmas so if I didn't come clean they'd either guess (which I'd hate, I want it to by my surprise!!) Or think there was something SERIOUSLY wrong.

Only telling my parents and my sister though, so they can facilitate my non alcoholic drinks!! Everyone else will have to wait 😊

planning on telling in laws tomorrow and dreading it! We made our first pregnancy announcement last Christmas day and shortly after suffered a loss. I feel no excitement or joy this time round as it just brings back all my grief. I know our families will be supportive and happy for us, they are so kind, but I'm not ready to talk about the pregnancy or get excited. I don't want to sound ungrateful, I am so lucky to be pregnant, it's been a long journey for us. But the pregnancy announcement is putting a bit of a black cloud over tomorrow for me. good luck to others who are in similar situations xx
