Insomnia in pregnancy

Wondering if anyone can help, I was on 20mg fluoxetine when I fell pregnant and continued to take it on the advice of my GP. However since reading that sertraline is the best option for when breastfeed feeding I thought while I'm relatively stable now would be a good time to change. However the GP advised stopping the fluoxetine for 7 days before starting the sertraline, I'm OK during the day but at night I have horrendous anxiety and can barely manage 3 hours sleep. I can start the sertraline tomorrow but losing the plot a bit through lack of sleep. Is there anything that's permitted to aid sleep in pregnancy just 3 nights of good sleep would see me right I think. All and any ideas welcome ☺
