Feeling very crampy but due to go out for the day?

I'm almost 38wks and feel very crampy today like my period is coming and when I stand up and walk around these feel worse but Seam very irregular, could it be the beginning?

I've had this on and off for a week and sad to say hasn't come to anything. Mine get better after a warm bath and paracetamol. Maybe try that?

Definitley phone midwife if you are concerned but you might be waiting around for a while if you stay in

I had this at 39 weeks ..... DS was born 36hrs later
