I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and have been coming down with a cold. It's hard to not worry and be careful about what you put into your body. I'm wondering if I can take cold tablets, even halls methanol sweets? I would rather not take anything but just wondering if I am worrying too much.

Paracetamol is absolutely fine.
Halls do others are fine also.
Rest up, look after yourself
