10 weeks; braxton hicks??

Hi. I'm 10 weeks pregnant today. I've been getting a lot of tight pain across the top of my belly today, pretty sure it's across the top of my uterus, comes and goes. I'm on my 3rd pregnancy, do you think it could be braxton hicks? If not, should I be worried?
Thanks.

At 10 weeks, your uterus is still way down in your pelvis, nowhere near the "top of your belly," so BH is unlikely. Could be nothing at all, round ligament pain, could unfortunately be an early sign of a MC, or if it's really up at the top of your tummy it could be totally unrelated to your pregnancy at all! If it's getting really bad, consider calling 111 for advice.
