Hi everyone, hope you are all ok.
I was after some guidance or success stories please.
I had a chemical pregnancy 2 days after my AF was due last month, was roughly 4 weeks and 4 days. Had my HCG levels taken by blood on my first day of bleeding, which were 15 (very low) then again 48 hours later when they were 3 (considered negative). Although I understand the science that the pregnancy hadn't started, I was heartbroken all the same.
It has been exactly 4 weeks tomorrow since my chemical pregnancy. I am meant to be going out to my friends leaving do tomorrow night, drinking, so I decided just to be on the safe side to take a test. I only had a clear blue digital from my last pregnancy so I did this morning. After approx 3 mins it flashed up pregnant; then a minute later 1-2 weeks. The last time I saw that on a clear blue digital I had a chemical a day later, so now I am panicking.
I'm counting my first day of full flow from the CP last month as CD1. I am now on CD27 and I got a BFP. I haven't done a test on something like FRER to see how faint the line is, because if it's faint I will be so upset and preparing myself for the worst. I promised myself not to test until AF was a week late but with the night of drinking coming up I thought it's better to be safe than sorry!
I am 22 next month; and have been happily married for two years. I know I am young but I have muscular dystrophy whic progressively gets worse with age, which is why I am trying for a baby sooner than others, as I would like to be physically there for my child as much as possible.
What do you think the chances of me having another chemical pregnancy are at only 21? Has anyone has a CP them successfully gotten pregnant the next month and gone onto have a baby? Are my chances heightened?
Thank you.
