I'm newly pregnant (AF was due on Monday, took test yesterday, positive, so 4.5 weeks max).

I've got almost constant mild cramping, and have had for a week or so. I had some intermittent cramping with DD at this stage, but it was on and off and I barely noticed it. I'm pretty aware of this all the time.

I've also got waves of nausea and terrible trapped wind! So all in all very uncomfortable. Sorry for TMI. Is this all normal, especially the cramping? I've not had any bleeding or anything.

Sounds very normal to me. I had the same with my DD.

Thanks, that's a relief. I'd forgotten how anxious I was about every little thing with my last pregnancy. I hope I'm not the same this time round.

This also sounds very similar to how I felt during the first month or so of my pregnancy. Especially the cramping. I was convinced something was wrong because I was cramping all the time, but now 39 weeks. Smile

Thanks. And good luck for the birth! Any day now I guess. I'm trying to remain cautious because it's really early days for me but I am getting a little excited about being pregnant again. I was lucky and had a fairly smooth run in the later stages.
