I had no leaking colostrum before birth with my first pregnancy, but with this one my breasts are starting to become very lumpy and hard in this second pregnancy in a way they didn't with the first. I can actually feel those familiar knots under the skin that I had when my milk came in and they got completely engorged.
Does this sometimes happen? Am I going to be in full flow before I even give birth?
