Rock solid painful bump!

Hello miracle creators ☺️

I cannot remember the last time I saw this unearthly time of the morning but I can't sleep due to my painful bump 😭 I'm 23 weeks and over the past couple of days I've had occasional dull aches around my bump but nothing that was causing me concern.
Tonight however as I snuggled into my pregnancy pillow the pain has been overwhelming. Regardless of which side I try to sleep the pain seems to shoot from the left of my bump right across to the other side and feels like my bump is solid. Yet when I sit up the pain seems to dissipate.

I've read that this could be round ligament pain or braxton hicks but I guess I'm just looking for reassurance...have any of you ladies experienced similar pain? If so, how the hell do you get to sleep?!

Baby is kicking like crazy which is comforting ☺️

No advice but I'm in a similar position. 22+5 and sleep is getting painful, though doesn't sound as bad as yours. From about 3am onwards I toss and turn until I get up at about 7, walk around for a bit and have some breakfast, then go back to bed for a bit when the pain has eased off somewhat and have another hour. Im not working much right now (Blush) so am very lucky to have the ability to do this. By about 2pm I'm back to feeling completely fine after having an active few hours Confused I'm hoping this is just a period of growth and my body adjusts soon because I can't imagine having to do this daily for another 17 weeks!
