Pgp/spd in first trimester

I am 11 weeks with DC4

Had pgp/spd in last two pregnancies and feel like its starting

My pubic bone is not causing me discomfort yet but I cannot lie on either side without hip pain

If I lie on my left side this pain then ends up down my whole leg

Does this sound like that start? Or something else?

Should I get my referral for physio in already ?

definately get referral in, also pg with DC4 and mine started about same time. bloody awful. you have my sympathies x
