Losing the plot here.
I have always been a bad sleeper - my average to fall asleep is 1.5 hours, however I then sleep heavily through.
I am 11 weeks today and since being pregnant it is taking 3+ (sometimes up to 5) hours to fall asleep, then I will wake up at 4, 5 and 6 am, making a total of three hours sleep if I'm lucky. I can be sleepy all evening and then cannot sleep in bed. (Also can't actually fall asleep on the sofa, as looked at that as an option).
I do follow the rules of good sleep hygiene - limit screens before bed, I don't drink any caffeine at all, and read a book in bed.
Any advice??
