Hi,
I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and I'm keen to stay in shape during pregnancy. I'm cycling and swimming but my tummy is not as toned as it usually is and I'm concerned that this will make my pregnancy/labour more difficult.
I usually hula hoop to get toned for holidays and wondered if it was safe to do this during pregnancy?
There's an amazing woman on youtube who hula hoops whilst pregnant (she's a lot better than me!) and she looks as though shes some kind of professional hula hoop/dancer so her body is completely used to it. I hula hooped for about 20 mins a night to get my tummy toned for a holiday about 8 weeks ago do you think its safe to pick it up again?
