Tingling feet. Ahh!

27+4 weeks pregnant here.
Every time I sit down my feet tingle like crazy. Like pins and needles without the numbness as I can actually feel them. It is disrupting my life majorly. I can't watch television, I can't sit without feeling it, sleeping is horrible as I have to force my self to ignore it which is getting harder. It stops as soon as I stand up and walk about but when I sit down it is back straight away. It brings me to tears. All I want is to relax and I can not. I can not live like this until due date. I feel like I am being tortured. I would have my seven vomits a day morning sickness back over this any day of the week. I do suffer serious anxiety and I know tingles can be a anxiety symptom but I also know that it can be a preg symptom. I am trying to work out if its me worrying causing it or if its an actual problem. It is driving me crazy. When sitting down at work doing stuff with my hands I don't notice it which is strange but at home I do all the time. I feel very jittery and on edge. I can sit still but all I want to do is shake my whole body.

I've had this occasionally, it's horrible, and I found two things helped - DH rubbing my feet vigorously for a while or propping my feet quite far up, ie lying on the sofa with feet in the air on armrest! Circulation gets weird in pregnancy.

Thanks for the ideas.
So far I have tried raising my legs ( no joy )
It actually makes me want to cry. I can't even enjoy my evenings because of it. By 9pm most nights I am in tears as I'm so uncomfy. It's getting worse to. Sitting in a cafe now and can feel it but the second I get up I'll be ok but I can't be on my feet all day long! Ahh

Stone cold water. Run your feet under it. Clears my restless legs up really quickly.
