Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi everyone, I'm new on the pregnancy forums. I found out this morning that I'm pregnant at 10dpo! I really can't believe it as last week I was told by my gynecologist that I have a thin lining which would reduce my chances. I think I'm a bit in shock!

I have a question about symptoms as I've never been pregnant before and I'm worried that this pregnancy will disappear at any time due to my lining! I started feeling increasingly queasy and dizzy last night which is what prompted me to take a test. I've also been feeling really out of it and forgetful today. I started feeling queasy again before lunch and although I still feel quote woozy and out of it, the nausea has gone.

Should I be worried about this or do symptoms come and go frequently? I have been quite liking feeling sick (I know that sounds weird) because it kind of confirms to me that I'm pregnant and things are sticking...

Congratulations! The wooziness and the queasiness sound about right to me. I'm 7 +2 and only feel woozy when I haven't eaten in a while. I've had slight nausea which I was a bit worried about until I read in WTEWYE that only 75% of women have morning sickness so am counting myself as lucky mine hasn't been bad.

Apart from that:
Tender boobs\nipples with noticeable big veins which weren't there before 😮
Constipation and bloating
Extreme fatigue
Mild Headaches sometimes
Very mild stretching and cramping which I also read was normal and is just uterus and ligaments stretching and growing

Forgot to add, mine also come and go. Apart from the constipation, that's been constant 😞

Sorry to be a noob but what does 7 + 2 mean?

My symptoms are exactly the same as yours! Bar the veiny boobs, sore nipples and constipation.

I was going to ask about the cramps as sometimes they feel like period pains which is worrying! I also am getting twinges every so often. I so didn't expect to have got pregnant successfully this month I don't really know if I'm coming or going!

Yep, cramps/twinges that feel like mild period pains. I get pain in my lower back as well, it's normal - just your uterus stretching and growing. 7+2 is 7 weeks and 2 days 😬

Yes I've had occasional lower backache too, glad to hear this is all normal. I just really hope it sticks and I get to where you are!

Do you think you'll find out whether you're having a boy or a girl when it comes to it?

No I think I'll leave it for a surprise 😬 This is my second pg, had a mc 2 years ago at 8 weeks so am feeling the trepidation as well! Trying to be as relaxed and calm about it as possible. Fingers crossed is all any of us can do!
