My left hip is very sore and I'm having to keep it moving if I stay still it feels like it's either going to pop right out or seize up I'm not quite sure.

It's so sore is there anything I can do to get some relief ? I've tried sitting in different positions but I can't find the right one sad

It's rubbish isn't it sad I had it last pregnancy and this one. Get a hot water bottle on it, stretching didn't help much for me sorry.

Hot water bottle Deffo, warm baths as well.
How many weeks are you?
You can ask your midwife/gp for a referral to see a pregnancy physio but that can take some time.

I'm just going in a bath now . I'm 34 weeks already been to.physio I have the belt but I don't like it it digs in to my belly. Physio wanted to see me again I've got an appointment for next week but earlier today I honestly didn't think I'd last to next week. It's eased off a bit now though.

I do feel your pain, I'm 36 weeks and I have a metal rod that goes done from hip to knee which esp when pregnant can give me some pain.
If you have seen physio etc I don't think there is much more you can do.
Other then heat and pain killers.
Hope it's feeling a little better.
