Pregnancy and anxiety medication and conceiving after using contraceptive injection

I'm currently on 40mg of citolopram, 100mg of levothyroxine and 10mg of propranolol. I suffer from anxiety and thyroid problems, my partner and I are considering having another child together but I have great fears of the medication I'm on and after affects of having a baby and I'm worried about possibly making myself I'll becoming pregnant, it will be my fourth child and would dearly love to try in the hope I may have another son, I'm 30 years old and would like assurance and other women's experiences, I'm currently using the contraceptive injection and also wondered on women's experiences on conceiving after being on the injection I have been using the injection for 5 years.

I currently take 40mg Propranolol and 75mg of Amytriptylene. I'm 13 weeks pregnant. GP, psych, CPN and midwife have all repeatedly told me the baby is fine with these meds at these doses. I've been on them for 3 years now. This is my 4th DC but the first one I've been on medication for (I have anxiety and bipolar depression is my current phase)

Sorry I can't answer for the other meds or about the injection.

I conceived 4 months after coming off the injection, I was told to expect 6-12 months
