Any one else feel 'wet' down there in early pregnancy?
I keep rushing off to see if I'm bleeding, which I'm not but I'm such a worry head as it is I'm cancelling plans as it's worrying me so much x

I did before I found out I was pregnant (which was today!) Convinced it had started and then nothing. I think it must just be discharge related!

I found out early that I was pregnant, so maybe I'm having all the symptoms you'd get if you didn't know? X

Minniemouse94 Sun 09-Aug-15 19:16:45

Congratulations by the way! X

Sunnybright Sun 09-Aug-15 19:18:48

Thank you! How far along are you?

Skeppers Sun 09-Aug-15 19:19:40

Ah, swamp crotch. Had it throughout pregnancy- naively thought I'd seen the back of pads once my periods had stopped but NO. Ended up having to wear them EVERY DAY!

Congratulations and welcome to pregnancy. wink I'm sure this will be the first of many magical symptoms.

Only 5 weeks or so

Welcome to the pant slime. 33 weeks here and no sign of it stopping so far.

Minniemouse94 Sun 09-Aug-15 19:21:02

Thank you skeppers.
Oh how I'm looking forward to the rest of pregnancy! I've turned to this instead of googling as that can drive you made haha.

Sunnybright Sun 09-Aug-15 19:21:46

Thats about the same as me - so makes sense smile

Brummiegirl15 Sun 09-Aug-15 19:22:20

This is totally totally normal - as is the "fear" when you check your knickers

Minniemouse94 Sun 09-Aug-15 19:24:02

So relieved this isn't just me! Haha

Doublebubblebubble Sun 09-Aug-15 19:24:30

gooo is right. I'm 32 weeks - it is constant... And gross - I was going through 3 pairs of knickers a day (I'm really ocd about cleanliness so it had to be done) didn't want to wear panty liners as I had heard that they can "cause" infections

The two words in the English language which have always made me gag are 'moist' and 'gusset'...and I have had a permanently moist gusset for my entire pregnancy!!

zannyminxoxox Mon 10-Aug-15 07:59:54

Im 8 weeks and the same hun

Junosmum Mon 10-Aug-15 08:46:44

Oh yes, I still do the check now, though it's nowhere near as 'wet' feeling any more. I was convinced I was miscarrying several times because of how damp I was.

sianihedgehog Mon 10-Aug-15 12:26:13

Yep, swampy groin non stop from about 6 weeks and still going strong at 40+1.

Georgiepie17612 Fri 14-Aug-15 15:47:15

I'm 9 weeks and exactly the same! Even asked the midwife if it was normal, her response was "just wait til the 3rd trimester"! Joy!

CheesyWater Fri 14-Aug-15 20:13:30

Yep. Keep thinking I'm going to slide off my chair at work.

MissSMartin Fri 14-Aug-15 20:40:32

I'm 17w and yep! I have swamp crotch too.. nice huh! ? Haa grin

MummyPiggy87 Fri 14-Aug-15 21:26:42

You'll get it all the way through now and again. I'm 25 weeks and had to change underwear earlier lovely.
