Strange nosies?!

Im currently 32 weeks pregnant,and find that when i end up rolling on to my back in the night im making strange moaning/wining noises.
Im pretty sure its to do with being on my back,even thought i try to sleep on my side i sometimes wake myself up making these noises. Please say it isnt just me?

Could it be ur Chest, I've asthma and wen I lie on my back I wheeze n squeak from my chest and its worse now at 22 weeks x

I havent had asthma before but maybe its worth asking nxt time im at the doctors. Thank u

Baby is pushing all your organs around and squishing them, on your back it makes it worse for your heart and lungs and makes you wheeze, try putting a firm pillow behind your back so you can't roll on to it, or alternatively sew a tennis ball in to your night shirt (that's a trick my grandad uses to stop him rolling on to his back as he snores when he does!).
