I'm 13+1 and since I finished taking folic acid at 12 weeks I started on the free pack of pregnacare I got at my first midwife appointment.
since taking them I've had diarrhea, everyday. it's not like a sickness bug.

Are the tablets in date? I didn't have that issue with mine

Yea there's a good date on them. it's probably totally unrelated but just thought I'd ask in case others had the same side effect

Mine made me very sick.

Some people don't react well to them. Try taking them with your main meal as apparently that helps!

They constipated me to high heavens!

I wouldn't take vitamins unless they are prescribed. In only taking vitamin D as directed. Everything else comes from your diet. The claims made by companies (the multi-billion pound vitamin pill industry) are unsubstantiated.

I had to stop taking them as i found they made morning sickness even worse, lord knows how. The minute i stopped taking them it eased off.

Made me dizzy! Agree with above, I think some people just have a bad reaction to them.. Soon as I stopped taking them I was fine.
I'm just on fol acid and Vit D now- I know it's not what the midwife advises but the pregnancy vitamins were making me ill - and that cant be good in the long run

I found that they made me stupidly constipated! I've switched to just a Tesco brand pregnancy since about 27 weeks.
