what on earth is this - nipples!!!

i am 24+4 and have awoken this morning to discover my nipples now seem to be two tone. half is a dark brown and half is a bit lighter and swollen.

anyone had it? just one of those pregnancy delights?

Yes - delight of preganany, would have appreciate my pre baby nipples and breasts alot more had I known the scope of changes coming!

oh well as long as its normal at least i dont have to panic maybe just cover them up before dp notices them and starts teasing me over them.

My friend had it. She said it looked like she had 2 Jaffa cakes down her top!! Back to normal after baby was born.

thanks haha jaffa cake is a good description. they seem to be improving abit as the day goes on - phew!

I woke up one day to one huge swollen nipple that had doubled in circumference - the other was still normal!

Yeah with my last baby my nipples went from small and pale pink to dark brown and massive! I was so shocked but it happened over a couple of months! Once the baby is born if you bf they'll go back to normal a short while after you stop, if you don't bf they'll go back to normal a few months after the birth. Love the description of it looking like 2 jaffa cakes down your top Grin

my nipples changed as soon as i got pregnant i just didnt know they would change again. wonder if its how i was laid or something as they did start looking a bit better after an hour or so.
