I had about that bump at 18 weeks with DS1. Have it now at 13 with DC2. grin

Tentatively guessing somewhere at the beginning of your 2nd trimester? That's only based on my bump experience though!

Runningupthathill82 Mon 29-Jun-15 19:31:07

I had that at around 15/16 weeks with DS. Now have it at 10 weeks with DC2...

mummypig3 Mon 29-Jun-15 19:32:05

Around 20 weeks

NotAQueef Mon 29-Jun-15 19:33:09

I'd say around 17 weeks or so

Snowflake15 Mon 29-Jun-15 19:35:11

I'm guessing 19/20 weeks

I'm 14 weeks and my bump is much bigger than that. I would have guessed 12 weeks. Don't worry, it's a lovely bump.

Stinkersmum Mon 29-Jun-15 19:40:44

Yeah, it's just a bit if bloat and water. I had to go into maternity trousers at 13 weeks although I didn't have a bump as such.

ThisIsClemFandango Mon 29-Jun-15 19:43:22

I would have said 14 weeks. It is a lovely bump if I may say so!

ThisIsClemFandango Mon 29-Jun-15 19:44:37

Also you're very slim and that might be why it looks larger. I'm a size 6 and I was clearly showing before 12 weeks too!

Baguettes Mon 29-Jun-15 19:47:03

You look lovely.

I would have guessed about 16 weeks. Don't worry, every bump is unique smile

theaveragebear1983 Mon 29-Jun-15 19:47:05

In a few weeks you'll look at that picture and think 'I can't believe how small it is!' .

I would have guessed 13/14 weeks. I've already got a bump and I'm only 9+5!!
Not sure if you know AmiL but if you're 11 weeks and due January. There's a big group of us in the Ante-Natel clubs section - January 2016 #Thread 5. Loads of advice and chat from same EDD as you. grin xx

Best of luck to you OP flowers

I was like that at around 11/12 weeks with my first but with my second I didn't have a bump like that til over 20 weeks and you're meant to show more quickly with your second!

Every pregnancy is different so please don't worry. It could be to do with the position of your uterus and placenta and fluid retention. I always found the bloat disappeared around 12/13 weeks and actually my tummy went down and then started popping out into a proper bump a few weeks later.
Is your bump hard or soft?

wispywoo1 Tue 30-Jun-15 07:39:37

Don't worry. I'd have said 13 weeks but I feel like I've been really big since about 13 weeks (not saying you're really big, it's just the way I felt) but comparing photos I've not actually grown much since then and I'm now 20 weeks. I'm a size 8 and I think it does pop out earlier. Doesn't mean you'll be huge or anything. Don't worry about it. Embrace the bump smile

zippyswife Tue 30-Jun-15 08:17:23

Wow. You look amazing. I have bump envy!!

Maybe you are showing more as you are very slim. I'm a 10/12 with an already belly so I looked bloated rather than a bump like yours. But I was certainly struggling to fit in my normal clothes at that stage.

I was very slim before I got pregnant, I had a very obvious bump at 11 weeks. It was actually visible from about 8-9 weeks, if you looked & knew me well. Don't worry OP, pretty normal for some women to show early.

purplecat27 Tue 30-Jun-15 12:56:53

I'm only 5+2 and already have huge pregnancy bloat but it just makes me look fat. Your bump looks really nice.

I looked like that at around 12 weeks! Totally normal, especially if you are slim and short!
