The past few days have been agony. My legs have been cramping up, always whilst I'm asleep which means that I'm screaming in pain (which my dh keeps thinking is me going into pre-term labour!) I've had a look online and "its" saying that its either a lack of potassium or calcium and to tell my midwife. And to also see my Dr if my legs are tender after the cramp because of blood clots.
Is this right. Its so painful every night I dread sleeping. I work in an office so its not like I'm on my feet all day but I do get moderate exercise. Please help as I've never had a pregnancy like this...
