So, I was in the middle of making the kids breakfast this morning when I suddenly felt myself getting really warm and out of breath I continued what I was doing as I had 2 toddlers screaming for their wheetabix when I suddenly felt like I was going to pass out, my head was spinning and sweat was dripping from me I had to sit down on the kitchen floor it lasted around 10 minutes and then eased off a little. I was quite scared as I didn't know what on earth was happening.

Has anyone else experienced this during in pregnancy? What could it be? I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my third and have never experienced anything like this before Confused

Low blood pressure maybe?? Mine started low and got gradually lower until around half way through my pregnancy.... I only found out my bp was the cause when I did pass out in the chocolate aisle in my local tesco!!!
Not that they do a lot for it, but it's good to be aware if that is the cause. Would defo mention it in your next mw appt, or book a gp appt in the meantime x

I was going to suggest low BP too. Mine is reasonably low and ice had similar episodes.

Drink more water, especially in this warm weather.

It does sound like low BP or low blood sugar. That feeling doesn't just go away if you ignore it - it's there to warn you to sit or lie down before you pass out. I always find a big cold sugary drink helps, I got it loads in the first 25 weeks or so then it settled
