Is anyone on avomine?

My GP has given me avomine to control my sickness. I'm currently taking one just before bed and it seems to give me relief until around 4-5pm the following day but then I'm back to not keeping anything down. The GP said I could up the dose to 2 a day but I've no idea when I should take the 2nd one. Is anyone else taking 2 a day and when do you take the other? I can't wait until Monday to speak to GP again! I need relief today! Er, please :-)

I would just try and take them 12 hours apart, so one in the morning and then one before bed but try and time it after you have thrown up and then hopefully have more chance of keeping it down. Easier said than done I know!!
