Which over the counter ones are safe to take in pregnancy please? I only know of loratadine and cetirizine. I'm suffering! GP only wants to give me nasal spray "to keep medication to an absolute minimum". But it's not enough. Usually I'm on fexofenadine along with nasal spray and eye drops. She won't even give me eye drops!
