Anyone else not managing any exercise at all??
Before I got pregnant (DC2 - currently 7 weeks pregnant) I was trying and usually succeeding in going to the gym twice a week for an hour. I am no gym bunny by any means - a big curvy size 14 who never really lost her baby belly from DC1 two years ago.
Since I got my BFP 3 weeks ago I have not been ONCE.
I work 4 days per week in Central London, commuting in from the suburbs by train after dropping off 2yo ds1 at nursery. I do both nursery drop off and pick up every day cos DH works long hours. My job is stressful. But desk based so I am sat down all day.
I am bloody exhausted and nauseous all the time and I cannot bear the idea of working out . But I can feel the weight piling on already cos the only thing that staves off the nausea is snacking on white carbs: bread, toast, crackers, crisps etc etc.
I look about 6 months gone already but it's just bloating and belly weight and my previous baby body sliding downhill now all exercise has stopped :-(
Anyone else feel like this? When I feel a bit better in 2nd trimester can I go back to the gym then?? Or will it be a shock to the baby? Should I drag myself there now even though I just wanna eat toast on the sofa and go to bed at 8pm??
Bleeeeeeeeeeeee.
