Thank you. It's my second. I have a 4yo DS. I am mostly worried about how he's going to cope. Not actually too concerned about the actual CS.

Oh bless you! Wishing you an easy delivery n speedy recovery. I'm sure your little boy will be fine with his new sibling. I'm doing it all again for the 5th time, roll on Feb!
