I am now 34 weeks, but slightly concerned about my lack of milk.

I was producing a bit of collustrom (sp) but now there is nothing.

Should i be worried?

Nope. It will appear when the baby is born!

So even though i was producing some and it has now stopped i shouldn't be worried?

I am the same this time so far as I was with DC1, didn't have anything obvious (apart from massive boobs) no leakage or anything until I gave birth. I am 34 weeks too Smile

No! don't worry too much, after you get birth your body will start to produce milk.

Its the delivery of the placenta that tells your body its actually now necessary, before that it doesn't matter if you leak or not or indeed start and stop leaking.

Oh phew! This is my first and i was so pleased with my clever body for making milk, i was a bit worried when it stopped.

I had a horrible dream last night that i couldnt breast feed, so i guess that didnt help. Also my boobs do not feel any different, no bigger at all

I had absolutely no leakage whatsoever throughout pregnancy but 10 mins after delivery one of the midwifes helped me latch DD on, gave my boob a squeeze (with permission!) and voila colostrum! Amazing! I was just glad id been warned about the variety of colours as that first squeeze was egg yolk coloured! That was 10 days ago and feeding is going great, I apparently have lots of milk. Yay! So don't worry :-)

No leakage here before birth either ... your milk production really kicks in a couple days after birth but you will produce all your little one needs at the time of their arrival :) the dreams are a result of your anxiety!

I was the same, no milk pre-baby but lots soon after birth. The baby will feed and feed and feed to bring it on. Boobs are amazing!

Hope feeding goes well for you OP Smile

Same here. With ds, no leaking, change in size, nothing. Latched on a birth and fed like a trooper for the next year. Currently overdue with dc2 and everything seems to be going the same way. No changes in size, no leaks. Try not to worry, I was told by mw that it's the placenta coming away that triggers milk production. Ds was born Saturday lunch time, by the early hours of Monday morning boobs, were huge, tender and bursting (literally!) with milk. Make sure your feeding bras have some room in them. I'd never have believed how quickly my noobs would expand!! Lol!

Nothing before the birth here either but plenty afterwards!
