MATB1??

Who gives you your MATB1 form and at what point? Currently 25wks I saw my midwife on Fri but she didn't mention it.

Midwife. I believe it's after 26 weeks so she will give it at next appt. mine forgot and I did have to remind her.

My midwife gave it to me, at 24 weeks if I remember correctly. I think you can pick it up from your gp though

I got mine from my midwife, pretty sure it was at the 28wk appointment. Just ask next time, I'm sure she will give you one then.

I got mine at my 18 week appt. She said i couldn't have it before 20 weeks so she post dated it for that date. You should have it by now x

I got mine at 28 weeks. The midwife forgot it so I had to pop in and get it later

Got mine at 24 weeks and I had to remind the midwife that I needed it, just give them a call.

Check with your employer. Mine are quite casual about it and as long as I've sorted out maternity leave with my manager, they'll accept the MATB1 when it arrives, provided they have sufficient time to sort out payroll.

Just as well seeing as I'm not seeing my MW until 28 weeks.

My employer (council) only needs the MatB1 three weeks before you intend to take leave. As long as you have informed your boss in writing by 25 weeks.

I got mine at about 22 weeks. Had to give it to my employer before 25 weeks I think.

I got mine at my 28 week appointment. I gave it to the employer and its all been sorted so wasn't too late.

I asked for it at 24 week appointment as I wasn't sure. She said they always give it at 28 week appointment but it was fine to have it earlier. Need to remember to fill it in and get it in now too.

They can issue it after 20 weeks but my midwife's policy is to give them out the next time she sees you after the 20 week scan which is usually 25 weeks for first babies and 28 weeks otherwise.

I rang my surgery and my midwife filled one in as I wasn't seeing her till 28 weeks but it had to be given to myemployerby 25 wks x

I collected mine from the midwife at 21 weeks, as I wasn't seeing her until 28 weeks. She just completed it and left it at reception for me to collect.

My employer needed it by 25 weeks.

I have heard of others getting it after the 20 week scan but m hospital wouldn't.
