Oh my goodness I am going to be the size of a house by the end of my first trimester at this rate!
I am only 7 weeks pregnant, but the constant nausea and mild shakes have kicked in properly in the last week. I am eating so much as it helps, but I have taken to eating a whole (500ml) tub of raspberry sorbet a day, it takes the edge off more than anything else. And at least 2 packets of ready salted or salt and vinegar crisps. This is on top of my usual meals.
I am normally a small eater during the day, I could happily skip lunch and have a larger dinner as well as breakfast, so this seems like a huge amount to be eating during the day.
After my DD was born I was back in pre pregnant clothes after 5 days. If I keep this up that will never happen!
In seriousness I just want to stay healthy and worry about the junk inducing gestational diabetes. Any thoughts?
