stinging/stabbing pains

So I am 39+4 and am sat here with baby moving like mad and I am getting quite a lot of pains which are like stinging in my tummy. They don't seem to be coming only from baby's movements as some are happening in a different place to feeling the movements. Not contraction type pains as they're not tightenings, never had anything like this with DS.

Any ideas what it might be or if I should be phoning anyone??

Me too, 39+5... Been having regular braxton hicks all afternoon. I'm planning on phoning if things properly kick off or if waters go as I'm group b strep positive and need to get on the drip! Hoping I can get some sleep...
