Did your weight gain slow down in the last few weeks?

I'm 36 wks now and been gaining weight pretty steadily from about 13wks so now put on just over 2 st. This last week I've gained nothing which is the first week that's happened. My bump was measuring a week behind on Tuesday although mw seemed quite happy. Not seeing her again until I'm 38 wks and worried incase this is a sign LO has stopped growing?

Sadly not. I'd only put on 1.5st until i started mat leave at full term, then put on 7lbs in the last 2 weeks before she arrived. HOWEVER, I think that was more to do with biscuits than baby growth- please see your midwife if you're worried though.

I hardly put on any in the last few weeks so don't stress about it. :) Do call your midwife if you're worried though.

I'm glad you posted this - I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and have also put on just over two stone but this week - nothing. I've measured the bump and it's still growing though! So not sure what's happening...

I'm nearly 39 weeks and have put on nothing in the last 3 weeks. I've only put on 8kg the whole pregnancy slow and steady but expected it to ramp up rather than slow down in the last few weeks. No one seems at all concerned and I think my bump looks bigger so could just be redistribution I guess.
